Meet the Owner
Core Capital Services was founded from a passion for helping business owners create structure, clarity, and confidence within their businesses. With a background in accounting, Jessika has always understood the importance of maintaining organized financial systems and accurate records for long-term business success. She graduated from Strayer University in 2019, where she studied Accounting and Personal Financial Planning, strengthening her knowledge of financial management, budgeting, financial organization, and business operations. She also developed hands-on experience working in accounts receivable for a multi-million-dollar manufacturing company, where she managed financial records, resolved discrepancies, and worked through complex account issues.
Through that experience, she saw firsthand that even large, established companies face challenges with organization, financial accuracy, and maintaining clean books — which highlighted just how common these struggles can be for small business owners managing everything on their own.
That realization inspired Jessika to create Core Capital Services with the goal of providing approachable, judgment-free support to entrepreneurs and small business owners who need help getting organized and staying financially on track. Her passion is not only helping businesses get started, but also helping them maintain strong financial systems for a better future. As someone who already serves her community through real estate, Jessika believes in being a trusted resource and support system for those around her.
